PURCHASING FROM SETNES IMPORT
Being a wholesaler we only process orders from approved wholesale customers. After you have registered and being approved as a wholesale customer you can use our website to place your order
Minimum purchase is $200.
Wholesale prices are GST exclusive. Prices shown on our website are GST exclusive.
GST will be added on all products that are not GST exempt. Total GST amount will be added to your invoice.
Prices may be subject to change from time to time and will do so without prior notice.
Payment is required before orders are dispatched. Orders can be paid by Paypal, cheque, credit card (Mastercard /Visa) or by direct deposit to our bank account.
Freight charges will be added to all invoices.
All claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please supply us with an email with photo of any damaged goods.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COST
Orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday (except on public holidays). We aim to ship your order as soon as we have received payment, normally within 3 business day, but in some circumstances it may take longer.
After we receive your order the shipping cost will be calculated and we will contact you with information about freight cost.
For deliveries within Australia, orders are normally shipped through Australia Post, regular parcel, but from time to time we also use various other delivery and courier services.
Shipping fees will vary by destination and the size of your order.
Cost of Delivery for your order does not include any import taxes, import duties or any other duties or fees payable in the destination country. All such duties, taxes and fees are your responsibility.

We do our best to ensure that our website is always up to date with correct information about stock availability but from time to time errors may occur and an item can be out of stock even if it is says available on the website. In such cases we will inform you.
