Buddha's Tears Green Tea (Jasmine Pearls, Dragon Pearls)
Tender green tea leaves scented with fresh jasmine flowers and rolled into small pearls.
The Buddha's tears tea (aka Dragon Pearls or Jasmine Pearls) is made by hand-rolling the tender, fresh green tea leaves into small pearls which are being scented by covering the tea with fresh jasmine flowers. The flavour of the tea is fresh, floral and delicate.
Preparation: Use approx. 3-4 pearls per 200 ml and brew for 2-3 minutes in hot water (80-90 °C). The tealeaves can be used for a second brew.
